Customer Reviews
Good value on gift box
I was looking for a nice gift for my mom's birthday and saw their Maple Syrup Gift Boxes. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% discount on my first order, which was great. The price for the box felt reasonable even before the discount, considering it was a few different products. Shipping was free because the order was over their threshold. It felt like I got a good deal without having to hunt for codes. The items arrived well-packaged and my mom loved it. Definitely felt worth the money I spent.
Great syrup, good support
I ordered a gallon of Grade A Dark Robust Maple Syrup a few weeks ago. The ordering process was pretty standard on their website, no issues there. It took about 5 days to reach Denver, which was reasonable. One of the plastic jugs had a small leak when it arrived, likely from handling during transit. I contacted customer support through their site, and they responded within a day. They sent a replacement jug right away, no fuss, and it arrived perfectly. The syrup itself is excellent; rich flavor, just what I wanted for cooking and pancakes. It pours well from the jug, too. Definitely a quality product and the support handled the shipping problem well.
Consistent quality over time
I've ordered from Barred Woods Maple several times now, usually the Half Gallon Maple Syrup. This last order for the Grade A Dark Robust was just as good as previous ones. The syrup always has that distinct, deep maple flavor I expect. Packaging is reliable; I've never had a broken bottle or leaky jug. It's nice knowing what you're going to get when you reorder. They've been very consistent with product quality and delivery.
Good syrup, fast shipping
Got the Grade A Amber Rich. Tastes great. Shipped quickly. No problems. Will buy again.

Does Barred Woods actually ship to California? Been burned before by other places that only ship within their region.
Thinking of getting a big jug of the dark robust. Anyone know how long this stuff actually lasts once you open it up? Like, do I need to rush through it?
How do I use a coupon code on their site? I have one but can't find where to put it in before I pay.
Hey, wondering if anyone knows if they have a first-time buyer discount? Want to try them out but trying to save a few bucks.
Are their gift boxes actually nice? Thinking of sending one for Mother's Day but don't want it to look cheap.
Trying to compare this to Runamok. Is Barred Woods organic too? It's kind of important to me.
